Welcome to Totowa PAL Travel Softball program! We are so excited to you're here.

**ONLY COMPLETE REGISTRATION IF YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED TO PLAY ON THE TOTOWA PAL TRAVEL SOFTBALL TEAMS (8U-14U)**

Totowa PAL Travel Softball consists of-

Fall Scrimmages
Winter Workouts
Spring Team Practice
Summer League + Playoffs
2 Tournaments (TBD by Coach)

Registration & Payment Commitment
By completing this registration, I understand and agree that:
  1. My registration is binding, and I am responsible for paying the full registration fee as outlined, even if I have selected a payment plan.
  2. No refunds will be issued once a player is registered, regardless of withdrawal, schedule conflicts, or changes in participation.
  3. Travel softball requires a significant time commitment, including practices, games, and tournaments, and I confirm that my child and family are prepared to meet these commitments.

2025 Tigers Football

TIGERS Football Registration is now open!! Registered players must reside in Totowa or Woodland Park!!

**TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON SATURDAY, MAY 31st 2025**

The Totowa PAL Football Program is a (new) proud member of the West Essex Junior Football League and we offer the following levels of play:

  • Pre-K and Kindergarten Flag Football (COED - will play an independent schedule with other towns)
  • 1st/2nd Grade FLEX Football "D Level" - non-tackle, modified equipment

WEJFL Scheduled Games: These games are scheduled by the league and considered the "competitive levels" where scores and records are kept.
  • 3rd/4th Grade Tackle Football "C Level"
  • 5th/6th Grade Tackle Football "B Level" 
  • 7th/8th Grade Tackle Football "A Level"

**There will be no refunds offered once registration is closed. Please make sure your child wants to play and you are BOTH prepared for the time commitment.

  • Equipment handouts will be end of July.
  • Full team practices begin early August with games starting in early September. The season concludes depending on playoff success in mid-November.
  • ALL tackle players are required to purchase game Jerseys through the program (when needed) for an additional cost.
  • Flex (D Level) and Flag Teams play independent schedules which are coordinated amongst participating programs. Practices will be coordinated by coaching staff.

IMPORTANT DATES:
  • MANDATORY league weigh-ins for all tackle players - DATE(S) TO BE COMMUNICATED!
  • Friday, September 12th - Pep Rally at the Totowa PAL
  • Saturday, September 13th - Opening Day of games at the Totowa PAL
  • Saturday, October 25th - Homecoming at the Totowa PAL

WEIGHT LIMITS:
  • Flex (D Level) - no weight limit
  • 3rd/4th (C Level) - 116 lbs
  • 5th/6th (B Level) - 144 lbs
  • 7th/8th (D Level) - 175 lbs

LEAGUE INFO:  In an effort to increase organization registration and player participation, the WEJFL is considering allowing 1 player over the respective level weigh limit on the field at a time during "varsity" games this coming season. The league will need to evaluate each organization’s registration numbers and players weights, so a final decision will not be made until August.
