The Tri-Town Track & Field program will provide quality, structured youth track & field activities for the towns of Totowa, Woodland Park & Little Falls. Participants will have an equal opportunity to learn and compete under the direction of Passaic Valley Head Track and Field Coach, Erik Getz, with the assistance of volunteers and Passaic Valley Track and Field Team Members.  Participants will participate in running events and various field events.

This program is for GRADES 3 through 8 only and will be split into two sessions starting Thursday, May 1st and ending on June 28th.

3rd - 5th grade - 6pm-7:15pm - limited to 25 participants

6th - 8th grade - 7:30pm-9pm - limited to 25 participants

Practice dates: May 1, May 8, May 15, May 22, May 29, June 12 and June 19 and June 26

Meet dates: May 10, June 14, June 21, June 2 (tentative)

The program will consist of 1 practice per week (1 hr 15 minutes for grades 3 through 5 and 1.5 hours for grades 6 through 8) at Passaic Valley High School and competitive meets on Saturdays at 3pm.

The PAL will provide a jersey for all participants. Participants will need to provide their own shorts and running sneakers.
