2025 HILL SOFTBALL SUMMER CAMP

The Totowa PAL Softball program is so excited to be partnering with Taylor Hill, Kathy Hill, and George Hill for an amazing camp this summer.

The camp is open to all Travel players and Rec players grades 3 and up (rising grade).

Dates and times are as follows-

Monday 7/14 - 9AM-12PM

Tuesday 7/15 - 9AM-12PM

Wednesday 7/16 - 9AM-12PM

Thursday 7/17 - 9AM-12PM

All sessions will take place on the turf field at Washington Park.

Cost is only $140 per player for all 4 days!!

Totowa PAL (Lembryk Academy) Soccer Camp

Totowa PAL Pre-Season Summer Soccer Camp (Evening Program)

Dates: August 18–22

Time: 6pm-7pm (5 consecutive days)

Location: Minnisink Field

Cost: $140 per child

Grades: Kindergarten through 8th grade

Required Equipment: Shin guards and cleats

Join us this August for a focused, fun, and professionally led soccer camp designed to get players ready for the fall season!

This evening camp is hosted by Lembryk Academy, led by renowned coach Stan Lembryk, and includes:

Professional coaching staff

Goalkeeper training (age-appropriate)

Certified speed and conditioning coach

On-site athletic trainer

Camp shirt and structured daily curriculum based on age and skill level

About Coach Stan Lembryk:

Coach Lembryk is one of the most respected soccer coaches in the region, with over 25 years of experience developing young talent. A former NCAA Division I captain, professional player, and holder of a USSF “A” coaching license, he has coached at every level—from youth to collegiate to the NY Red Bulls Academy. His teams have won state, national, and international championships, and he’s been named Coach of the Year multiple times across several leagues and publications. His passion for the game and commitment to player development make this a unique opportunity for aspiring players.

2025 Tigers Soccer (Fall Recreational)

The Totowa Police Athletic League soccer program is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the culture of soccer for the youth and families of Totowa.

Join us this Fall for a fun, inclusive soccer experience designed for players of all skill levels!

Our program focuses on helping each child grow both on and off the field by:

-Developing soccer fundamentals and improving physical fitness

-Building confidence, independence, and emotional resilience

-Fostering teamwork, friendship, and a strong sense of community

-Promoting sportsmanship, respect, and a love for the game

Whether your child is new to soccer or continuing their journey, Totowa PAL Soccer is a great place to learn, grow, and play!

Age groups are split by:

-Grades PreK4

-Kindergarten

-Grades 1-2

-Grades 3-4

-Grades 5-6

-Grades 7-8

Pre-K/K

This year, the Pre-K level will be led by Stan Lembryk Academy. Lembryk Soccer Academy started 24 years ago with the concept of keeping soccer fun! This age group will meet once per week from 8am-9am on September 13, 2025. Program Goals: Our goal at the clinic level is to inspire a lifelong love for the game by creating a fun and positive first experience with soccer. Location: Lincoln 1 Field

We will focus on:

-Keeping sessions active and enjoyable ("love the game")

-First experience is fun (teaching basic skills through age-appropriate games and activities)

-Child-centered soccer education (Helping kids build confidence and comfort with the ball)

-The individual and the ball.

This level is all about learning the basics, staying active, and having a great time on the field.

Grades K, 1 & 2

2025 Tigers Football

TIGERS Football Registration is now open!! Registered players must reside in Totowa or Woodland Park!!

**TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON SATURDAY, MAY 31st 2025**

The Totowa PAL Football Program is a (new) proud member of the West Essex Junior Football League and we offer the following levels of play:

Pre-K and Kindergarten Flag Football (COED - will play an independent schedule with other towns)
1st/2nd Grade FLEX Football "D Level" - non-tackle, modified equipment

WEJFL Scheduled Games: These games are scheduled by the league and considered the "competitive levels" where scores and records are kept.

3rd/4th Grade Tackle Football "C Level"
5th/6th Grade Tackle Football "B Level"
7th/8th Grade Tackle Football "A Level"

**There will be no refunds offered once registration is closed. Please make sure your child wants to play and you are BOTH prepared for the time commitment.

Equipment handouts will be end of July.
Full team practices begin early August with games starting in early September. The season concludes depending on playoff success in mid-November.
ALL tackle players are required to purchase game Jerseys through the program (when needed) for an additional cost.
Flex (D Level) and Flag Teams play independent schedules which are coordinated amongst participating programs. Practices will be coordinated by coaching staff.

IMPORTANT DATES:

MANDATORY league weigh-ins for all tackle players - DATE(S) TO BE COMMUNICATED!
Friday, September 12th - Pep Rally at the Totowa PAL
Saturday, September 13th - Opening Day of games at the Totowa PAL

WEIGHT LIMITS:

Flex (D Level) - no weight limit
3rd/4th (C Level) - 116 lbs
5th/6th (B Level) - 144 lbs
7th/8th (D Level) - 175 lbs

The mission of the Totowa PAL Cheerleading program is to provide children with a program that gives them the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of cheerleading with proper adult supervision in a safe environment while having fun.

The objectives of the program are:

1. to improve the physical health of our children with training, conditioning and exercise that emphasizes participation, safety and coordination.

2. enhance the psychological well being of our children by reinforcing positive self-image, fairness and participation.

3. appreciate the value of personal effort and dedication to team effort.

4. members of the program will learn that each individual participant is an important part of the “TEAM” and to bring everyone’s talent, hard work and perseverance together to gain new skills and knowledge of cheerleading.

Our squads range from K through 8th grade. Practices start three times per week in August (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 6-8pm) with football games beginning in September and running into November. The season culminates in January with a program-wide Awards Dinner.

**Attendance at all in-season games AND post-season games are mandatory in order to have a successful season.**

Early bird discount of $30 applies through May 31st. Registration officially closes on June 30th at 11:59pm so we can plan for an amazing season! Please note that late registrations may not be able to be accommodated. In the event that we are able to accommodate late registrations, they will be subject to a non-refundable late fee.
