Totowa PAL

ABOUT THE TOTOWA PAL

The Totowa PAL was founded over 60 years ago with the aim of furnishing the children of the Borough of Totowa with a place of recreation to carry on various games, sports and recreational activities while instilling in the youth of our community good character and a sense of responsibility.  We are a volunteer group that offers a variety of sports programs to the children of Totowa, spread over three seasons (Fall – Winter – Spring).

Our mission is to provide each child in Totowa an opportunity to participate in organized sports and develop the skills required to compete successfully in the chosen sport. We aim to instill a love of each sport the athlete participates in along with a sense of sportsmanship and fair play that will live on with each athlete as they move forward.

We are constantly seeking volunteers to assist with our various sports programs and fundraising opportunities. Volunteering is a really nice way you can be more involved with your child as they progress thru the sports program. All you need is a desire to work with kids to make them successful.

Contact information can be found on either the "Contact Us" page or the individual sports page to get in touch with the Director of each sport. If you would like to attend one of our meetings, information can be found on the "About Us" page.

The following is a listing of all of the Totowa PAL sports programs and the season the sport is offered:

Fall: Cheerleading, Football, Soccer, Karate
Winter: Floor Hockey, Basketball
Spring: Baseball, Softball
