ABOUT THE TOTOWA PAL

About the Totowa PAL
The Totowa Police Athletic League (PAL), a non-profit organization, has been a cornerstone of the Totowa community for over 60 years.  Our mission is to provide children in the Borough of Totowa with opportunities to engage in recreational sports and activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth.  Through our programs, we strive to instill good character, a strong sense of responsibility, and a lifelong love of sports and fair play.

We are a volunteer-driven organization offering a wide variety of sports programs throughout three seasons: Fall, Winter, and Spring.  Our goal is to ensure every child in Totowa has the chance to participate in organized sports, develop essential skills, and build confidence to succeed both on and off the field.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are vital to the success of our programs.  Whether assisting with coaching, organizing events, or helping with fundraising efforts, volunteering is a meaningful way to connect with your child’s athletic journey and make a positive impact on their experience.  All you need is a desire to help children thrive and succeed in sports.
